What We Offer

Event Hours: Event grounds may be reserved for special events between the hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Respectful Noise Management: To ensure a harmonious experience for all, we kindly ask that all events conclude by 9:00 PM. This policy helps maintain the tranquility of our surrounding neighborhood and complies with local noise ordinances.
Venue Rates: Our venue rates are designed to accommodate a variety of events and budgets. Pricing is determined by several factors, including the number of guests, the season, and the day of the week. To receive a personalized quote, please contact our team with your event details.
Complimentary Site Visit: We invite you to schedule a complimentary site visit to explore our venue and envision your event. During this visit, our team will walk you through the various options available and answer any questions you may have.

Exclusive use of one cottage during venue rental hours
Private on-site parking with an attendant

Important Requirements:
A Hawaii-licensed bartender is required for all alcohol service.
A Hawaii-licensed event coordinator is mandatory for all events.
A Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added to the venue fee.
