Booking Dates: limited to June 1 to July 15, 2013, NEW RESERVATIONS ONLY.
Booking Nights: 7 consecutive nights minimum $99.00/night.
Cottage location: limited to GARDEN VIEW units only.
Persons in Party: 2 persons @ listed rate & additional fee for up to 2 extra persons.
Additional Fees: $15/person/night applies for 3rd &/or 4th person and a maximum of 4 persons to a cottage. $20 Special Rate Fee applies.

**This $99/night special rate will not apply after July 15, 2013 and after 7th consecutive night in the event of extended stay. Retail rate for season or other applicable promotions will apply thereafter.
**There are no refunds after booking.
**If booking is later reduced to less than 7 nights, the prevailing retail rate (not including special promotions) along with an additional fee of $50.00 for changes, and fee for less than minimum nights stay for the season will all apply.
